Salary: $35.50 hourly for 35 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs, empty trash cans and other waste containers
- The candidates should be able to wash windows, interior walls and ceilings, make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
- The candidates should be able to perform safety and security checks, supervise other workers
- The candidates should be able to move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies, clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- The candidates should be able to clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
