Salary: $16.71 to $19.50 hourly (To be negotiated) for 50 to 60 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be prepared for physically demanding tasks
  • The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks and capable of handling heavy loads
  • The candidates should be able to walk for extended periods and be comfortable with tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • The candidates should have experience in beef cattle ranching and farming, including feedlots, and be willing to work outdoors

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be team players, fostering collaboration, and possess efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in their tasks and exercise good judgment in decision-making

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to monitor animal health, feed, and tend animals, and clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens
  • The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
