Job Description:

Salary: $35.00 to $36.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, and manage staff and assign duties
The candidates should be able to study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales
The candidates should be able to determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
The candidates should be able to develop and implement marketing strategies, plan budgets, and monitor revenues and expenses
The candidates should be able to resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
