Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to work a schedule of flexible hours
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should hold a valid CPR & First Aid Certification, which is required
- The candidates should have a clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening upon hire
- The candidates having any previous course in Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care would be a huge asset
- The candidates should have a passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services, and care
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, document, and direct resident needs in consultation with medical professionals, care conferences, and internal staff
- The candidates should be able to provide leadership to health services staff, ensuring the provision of quality health services while respecting the client’s right to individualized planning
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with existing management and health services teams to facilitate communication and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- The candidates should be able to administer and record prescribed medication in accordance with company policy and scope of practice
- The candidates should be able to maintain standards of accurate and complete documentation and reporting
- The candidates should be able to apply dressings and treatments as per physician’s orders and policy
- The candidates should be able to assist with supervising and evaluating the job performance and behavior of other healthcare staff
