Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, Morning
Work setting: Retail business, Relocation costs not covered by employer and Willing to relocate
Supervision: 3-4 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Basic security clearance

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure
• The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and handling heavy loads
• The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, proficient in walking, and able to stand for extended periods
• The candidates should be attentive to detail

• The candidates should be equipped with efficient interpersonal skills and excellent in oral communication

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and authorize payments by cheque
• The candidates should be able to authorize the return of merchandise, establish work schedules, and sell merchandise
• The candidates should be able to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, organize and maintain inventory, and resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• The candidates should be able to supervise and coordinate activities of workers
