Salary: $17.50 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 to 48 hours per week
Employment Type: Term or contract Full time
Location: Thornhill, ON & Toronto, ON
Shifts: Day
Transportation information: Travel expenses paid by employer and Willing to travel
Work setting: Urban area and Private residence

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be non-smokers, adhering to a non-smoking policy
• The candidates should be able to handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking as part of their daily tasks
• The candidates should be proficient in performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• The candidates should be capable of lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as required for the role

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to launder clothing and household linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and shop for food and household supplies
• The candidates should be able to vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, stock the linen closet, and pick up debris and empty trash containers
• The candidates should be able to dust furniture, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, and distribute clean towels and toiletries
• The candidates should be able to make beds, change sheets, clean and disinfect elevators, and clean changing rooms and showers
• The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
