Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Other trades certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Word processing software, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet, and MS Excel

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to coordinate activities with other work units or departments and monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments
- The candidates should be able to perform routine clerical duties, prepare and submit reports, and maintain work records and logs
- The candidates should be able to consult with the production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner, create, investigate, track, and complete work orders, and prepare and maintain progress and other reports
- The candidates should be able to follow up on issues with work orders, be knowledgeable about cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, and plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization
- The candidates should be able to complete and process international purchase orders and communicate with other workers to coordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments
