Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to be responsible for the maintenance and/or repair of a variety of physical plant and specialized equipment in an assigned group of 7-Eleven/Stripes stores within a geographic area
- The candidates should be able to handle service calls initiated from the store via 7Help work orders to appropriate technicians
- The candidates should be able to report to the Area Facilities Manager and able to perform all duties and responsibilities of a Tech 1
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate at least 50% proficiency in Tech II duties and responsibilities
- The candidates should be able to respond to work orders for a wide variety of in-store equipment, including but not limited to minor repairs of HVAC, refrigeration, hot beverage equipment (coffee, and cappuccino), cold beverage equipment (tea, and fountain drinks), ice makers, hot food equipment (fryers, griddles, and ovens), roller grills, warmers, and fuel dispensers (printers, displays, and card readers)
- The candidates should be able to respond to work orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues and able to replace ‘plug and play’ equipment as needed
