Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or accounting subject areas
Experience: Candidates should have 3+ years of hands-on experience in business banking, commercial lending, or financial services

  • The candidates should be able to collaborate directly with sales teams to develop creative, competitive, full-service client solutions, leveraging internal partnerships and specialists when appropriate
  • The candidates should be able to apply risk management expertise to ensure appropriate measures and structures are in place in alignment with CWB’s risk appetite
  • The candidates should be able to proactively manage risk by providing prudent lending recommendations supported by consistent monitoring and thorough due diligence
  • The candidates should be able to minimize operational losses through strong risk assessment protocols and proactive risk mitigation strategies
  • The candidates should be able to act as the primary point of contact for clients’ daily operations, account administration, and inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to provide consistent and effective support to the deal team, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional client experience
