Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have 5 years or more of driving experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised and in all weather conditions
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess a Class 5 license and preferably have a Class 3 license with air brake endorsement
- The candidates should have experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of smartphone and tablet use
- The candidates should exhibit exceptional commitment to customer service and demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude
- The candidates should maintain a clean driver’s abstract and a clear criminal background check
- The candidates should have computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
- The candidates should demonstrate exceptional commitment to customer service and possess a strong mechanical aptitude
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to conduct mobile tire sales, service, balancing, and installation at customer locations as their primary role
- The candidates should be able to provide roadside assistance for CAA members, including towing, winching (deck truck or wrecker), lockouts, battery testing, boosts, and replacement, and fuel delivery
- The candidates should be able to inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment to ensure readiness and functionality
- The candidates should be able to safely operate computer-related equipment, including wireless data terminals, credit card terminals, battery diagnostic equipment, and communication devices, in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all safety protocols
- The candidates should be able to maintain and account for company-provided equipment, vehicles, inventory, and tools
- The candidates should be able to perform maintenance on CAA Atlantic vehicles as requested, ensuring they are in optimal condition for service operations
