Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service by completing assigned tasks relating to receiving and the flow of merchandise through to the sales floor
- The candidates should be able to unload trailers, pull pallets to the floor, and assist in the processing of merchandise all in a safe and clean environment
- The candidates should be able to function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions
- The candidates should be able to prepare the sales floor for store opening
- The candidates should be able to set, merchandise, and sign features
- The candidates should be able to complete live unloading of other types of merchandise
- The candidates should be able to emphasize labeling and placing merchandise in the backroom bins/stocking as compared to day/evening fulfillment roles
- The candidates should be able to pull pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing
- The candidates should be able to assist in stocking the sales floor as assigned and provide customer service if necessary
- The candidates should be able to label the sales floor for store opening
- The candidates should be able to contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
