Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries promptly and professionally, process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and send and receive messages efficiently through various communication channels
- The candidates should be able to prepare and format page presentations with attention to detail and clarity, photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing purposes, maintaining organization and efficiency
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability, and prepare and monitor contracts and budgets accurately and diligently
