Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have 3+ years of employee and performance management experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work a flexible schedule, shift or work area, including weekends, nights and holidays

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have equivalent experience, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge or FTE) experience
  • The candidates should have 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to support, mentor, and motivate their salaried and hourly workforce
  • The candidates should be able to build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Leaders to load balance
  • The candidates should be able to manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives
  • The candidates should be able to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • The candidates should be able to stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts and lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact
  • The candidates should be able to work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
  • The candidates should be able to work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments)
  • The candidates should be able to continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)
