Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates should have 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge or FTE) experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be willing to work a flexible schedule, shift or work area, including weekends, nights, and holidays
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
- The candidates should have 1+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to support, mentor, and motivate a salaried and hourly workforce and lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact
- The candidates should be able to build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Leaders to load balance
- The candidates should be able to manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
- The candidates should be able to collaborate effectively with all support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach and stand or walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
- The candidates should be able to work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
- The candidates should be able to work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather conditions, especially in delivery stations that include outside loading departments
- The candidates should be able to continuously climb and descend stairs in sites where stairs are present
