Salary: $75,000 to $125,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Vancouver, BC
Shifts: Flexible Hours, To be determined
Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle and Valid driver’s licence
Supervision: Janitors, caretakers and building superintendents
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP or equivalent experience, or Business/commerce, general
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Commercial properties
Computer and technology knowledge:Â Word processing software and Spreadsheet
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be dependable and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills
- The candidates should be flexible, organized, and reliable

- The candidates should be able to manage staff and assign duties
