Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning
Supervision: 5-10 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Area of work experience: Quality assurance or control
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work independently, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and handle tasks efficiently
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and flexibility

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies, prepare production and other reports, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- The candidates should be able to supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers, establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units, and requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
