Shifts: Evening, On Call, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Early Morning, Morning, 08:00 to 12:00
Transportation information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, Willing to travel, Willing to travel regularly, Valid driver’s licence, and Public transportation is not available
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or; Developmental services worker, Health information/medical records administration/administrator, Nurse/Nursing Assistant/Aide and Patient Care Assistant, Alternative and complementary medical support services, other, and Small business administration/management
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of specialization: Reports, Forms and records, Invoices, Charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams, Correspondence, and Payroll services
Equipment and machinery experience: Scanner
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic scheduler, Information technology, Social Media, MS Word, Accounting software, Quick Books, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Windows, and Electronic mail

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- The candidates should be able to receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries, provide general information to clients and the public, and send and receive messages
- The candidates should be able to work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases, compile data, statistics, and other information, and prepare invoices and bank deposits
- The candidates should be able to prepare and format page presentations, perform data entry, and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to file material in the storage area, label files according to retention and disposal schedules, and locate and remove files requested
- The candidates should be able to label, file, and retrieve documents, organize and schedule office work, and monitor personnel workloads and locations
- The candidates should be able to provide personal care, monitor patients’ progress, evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions, and consult with appropriate members of the healthcare team
