Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Equipment and machinery experience:Â Single function machine
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to stand, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to work in odours, and dusty area
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be flexible
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform corrective machine adjustments
- The candidates should be able to record production information
- The candidates should be able to clean machines and immediate work areas
- The candidates should be able to inform supervisor of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities
- The candidates should be able to maintain shift log of production and other data
- The candidates should be able to operate machines that blend, flavour, condition, dry, flatten, strip or cut raw tobacco leaves
