Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work independently
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to manage a combination of sitting, standing, walking
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be efficient interpersonal skills, flexible, and organized
- The candidates should be reliable
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to operate switchboard or telephone system, order office supplies, and record and relay information
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, and receive and issue payments
- The candidates should be able to perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and calculate billing charges
- The candidates should be able to perform data entry and provide customer service
