Salary: $26.50 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Burnaby, BC
Shifts: Evening, Shift, Flexible Hours
Supervision: 11-15 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle and perform well under pressure situations

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should prioritize client focus in their interactions and tasks and possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication
  • The candidates should maintain organization in their work methods and responsibilities and be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, determine the type of services to be offered, and implement operational procedures
  • The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews, cost products and services, and organize and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and develop, implement, and analyze budgets
  • The candidates should be able to set staff work schedules, monitor staff performance, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to recruit, train, and supervise staff
