Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

  • The candidates should be able to participate in the recruitment, selection, and orientation of new Team Members, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate wellness and disability management processes, supporting Team Members during their recovery
  • The candidates should be able to manage scheduling for all store Team Members using the time and attendance system to optimize staffing
  • The candidates should be able to assist leaders in planning and executing team meetings and events, fostering team engagement
  • The candidates should be able to administer the Team Member uniform program, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with the Royal Service Academy to coordinate and track the completion of training programs for Team Members
