Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, establish work schedules, and sell merchandise
The candidates should be able to order merchandise, authorize the return of merchandise, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, resolve problems such as customer complaints and supply shortages, and supervise and coordinate activities of workers
