Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to help build plans and tactics while motivating the sales team to achieve occupancy and ancillary sales targets in all Retirement Living communities in Nova Scotia
  • The candidates should be able to frequently review occupancy results and identify opportunities across campuses in Nova Scotia
  • The candidates should be able to partner with local Lifestyle Consultants (sales team) to develop and execute sales and marketing plans aimed at achieving occupancy targets
  • The candidates should be able to work with Brand team members to execute campaigns or new initiatives
  • The candidates should be able to lead sales planning efforts, improve collaboration between campuses, and implement sales standards across Lifestyle Consultant teams
  • The candidates should be able to contribute to the annual organizational sales strategy and develop strategies for Nova Scotia considering sector trends and regional factors
  • The candidates should be able to create sales and outreach strategies for new developments in Nova Scotia over a 36-month period leading to opening
  • The candidates should be able to provide operational insights to assist with brand marketing campaigns
