Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should have a client-focused approach and demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidate should possess excellent oral communication and show flexibility
  • The candidate should be organized, reliable, and work effectively as a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and authorize payments by cheque
  • The candidates should be able to order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, and establish work schedules
  • The candidates should be able to sell merchandise, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
