Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a Bachelor’s and application development experience and a background in P&L financial concepts
- The candidates should have knowledge of BW on HANA and BW Integrated Planning and experience leading projects or implementing changes in an SAP system
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to work globally with a P&G technical team and business stakeholders
- The candidates should be able to work alongside partner vendors to support the application, ensuring it is accessible and usable to end users
- The candidates should be able to perform application development independently or lead Proof of Concepts with new technologies
- The candidates should be able to handle a P&G application built in SAP S4 HANA Business Warehouse
- The candidates should be able to seek out new ways to improve the application and enhance the user experience
- The candidates should be able to prioritize incidents and perform bug fixes, especially given the application’s over 1000+ users, including senior management
- The candidates should be able to manage Problem Change Incident Management (PCIM) to ensure BW changes do not negatively impact the application or wider P&G Finance applications
- The candidates should be able to support yearly SAP upgrades and ensure they do not adversely affect the application
- The candidates should be able to ensure the application remains audit-ready and secure throughout its lifecycle
