Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling as part of their job responsibilities and be prepared for physically demanding tasks
• The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should exhibit a strong focus on client needs and satisfaction and possess excellent oral communication skills
• The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing situations and requirements and show initiative in taking on tasks and finding solutions
• The candidates should be organized in their approach to work and tasks and be reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities and commitments

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns and present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travelers’ checks, or room billings
• The candidates should be able to describe menu items, including daily specials, for customers, advise on menu selections, and clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
• The candidates should be able to greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages, take orders, relay them to kitchen and bar staff, and provide customer service
