Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and stand for extended periods, paying attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be client-focused, have efficient interpersonal skills, and possess excellent oral communication, being flexible

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- The candidates should be able to train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- The candidates should be able to prepare budget and cost estimates, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- The candidates should be able to prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules
