Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and pay attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be focused on clients, excellent in oral communication, and flexible
- The candidates should be organized and a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to interview patients to obtain case histories and schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to complete insurance and other claim forms and maintain filing system
- The candidates should be able to order supplies and maintain inventory and arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines and enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review
- The candidates should be able to initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records and prepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe and distribute minutes
