Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and be proficient at walking
- The candidates should exhibit a strong attention to detail and be capable of standing for extended periods
- The candidates should possess manual dexterity and be comfortable with tasks that involve sitting, as well as be adept at bending, crouching, and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate in their work and have a strong focus on client needs
- The candidates should excel in oral communication and demonstrate flexibility
- The candidates should exhibit reliability, dependability, and function well as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties and authorize the return of merchandise
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules, sell merchandise, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, resolve problems such as customer complaints and supply shortages, and supervise and coordinate activities of workers
