Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have 3-5 years of senior buying or finance experience within a large organization
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should possess strong communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients of varying seniority levels, including executives
- The candidates should exhibit demonstrated negotiation skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a strong understanding of business acumen
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to conduct internal analytics and external research to identify market and business opportunities
- The candidates should be able to complete financial reporting on savings opportunities and the project pipeline
- The candidates should be able to investigate the market to source, select, and recommend purchasing options and suppliers
- The candidates should be able to participate in the development of stakeholders’ plans and requirements
- The candidates should be able to facilitate RFPs in alignment with industry standards and company policies
- The candidates should be able to recommend solutions offering the best value proposition for the company while considering all factors, including the total cost of ownership
- The candidates should be able to negotiate contracts that meet internal Legal Department requirements and optimize costs for the company
- The candidates should be able to facilitate supplier agreements and take ownership of contract routing, offering internal contract guidance and expertise
- The candidates should be able to optimize costs and drive related programs within the purchasing process
