Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to interview patients to obtain case histories, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to train staff in procedures and in the use of current software, complete insurance and other claim forms, and maintain filing systems
  • The candidates should be able to order supplies and maintain inventory, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review
  • The candidates should be able to initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records and prepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe, and distribute minutes
