Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology (IT)
Experience: Candidates should have 5+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to work well in a highly collaborative team

- The candidates should have 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
- The candidates should have skills in C, C++ coding, along with Python, C#, and Java and experience with Azure and AWS cloud development

- The candidates should be familiar with IoT and troubleshooting hardware devices and work well in ambiguous situations
- The candidates should possess thorough troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- The candidates should be able to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check, which must be passed upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter

- The candidates should be able to own, investigate, and solve complex customer technical issues and act as an advisor to the customer, collaborating within and across teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices
- The candidates should be able to lead in building communities with peer delivery roles and share their knowledge through readiness programs, technical coaching, and mentoring of others
- The candidates should be able to deepen their technical and professional proficiency to enable them to resolve complex customer issues through training and readiness and embody Microsoft’s Culture and Values
- The candidates should be able to engage with Microsoft Engineering or Supportability teams to investigate potential product defects and help develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools, driving Microsoft product improvements
