Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 15 to 24 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Dieppe, NB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours, Morning, 08:00 to 20:00
Transportation information: Own transportation and Public transportation is available
Work setting: Private sector and Health care institution, facility or clinic

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic medical records, Electronic scheduler, and Electronic mail

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work within tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be capable of handling repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should have attention to detail
  • The candidates should be comfortable sitting for extended periods

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide basic information to clients and the public, record and relay information, and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to maintain work records and logs, provide directory assistance, and perform data entry
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service while handling tasks such as providing basic information, recording and relaying information, scheduling appointments, maintaining work records, and performing data entry
