Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Galileo, Amadeus, MS Office, and Sabre
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail

- The candidates should demonstrate client focus and exhibit flexibility
- The candidates should demonstrate reliability
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to manage difficult situations with customers and perform general office duties
- The candidates should be able to sell travel products and travel insurance, and use principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, which include marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
- The candidates should be able to provide customers with travel information and other details such as regulations, duty-free allowances, health risks and requirements, attractions, and special events, and attend to cancellations and schedule changes
- The candidates should be able to develop contact lists and make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized reservation and ticketing systems
- The candidates should be able to provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options, and travel costs
