Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Equipment and machinery experience: Farm truck, Tractor, and Hand tools
Security and safety: Bondable and Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, work under pressure, and handle heavy loads
• The candidates should be able to manage physically demanding tasks, demonstrate hand-eye coordination, distinguish between colours, and pay attention to detail
• The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and work overtime as required
• The candidates should be able to manage a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, show flexibility, stay organized, and show reliability
• The candidates should be able to work effectively as a team player and demonstrate strong values and ethics

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clean the crops, hand harvest vegetables, plant, cultivate and irrigate crops, and train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality
• The candidates should be able to perform weeding, clean the work area, and harvest crops
