Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, Flexible Hours, Morning
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and work under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be client-focused and flexible
- The candidates should be able to take initiative and be organized
- The candidates should be able to work as a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables and present bills to customers while accepting payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
- The candidates should be able to describe menu items including daily specials for customers and advise on menu selections
- The candidates should be able to greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages while serving food and beverages
- The candidates should be able to take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
