Job Description:

Salary: $34.50 hourly for 30 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Brampton, ON
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Overtime

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to coordinate the flow of information within the team, should be able to open and distribute mail and other materials, and should be able to plan and organize daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures, should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and should be able to schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, should be able to answer electronic enquiries, and should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information
  • The candidates should be able to respond to employee questions and complaints, should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, and should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, should be able to perform data entry, and should be able to maintain and manage the digital database
