Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French and English Language

Experience: Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience including people management
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in the position of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), ideally in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment
- The candidates should demonstrate proven leadership experience and an ambition to build strong teams and develop individuals
- The candidates should have proficiency in systems such as SAP IBP and any other statistical sales forecasting system, Microsoft PowerBI or any other similar software, Advanced MS Excel, and Power Point
- The candidates should have Familiarity with programming languages like Python and Alteryx and have Supply Chain or other forecasting certifications
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to contribute to the IBP cycle, leading the demand management process and working closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Supply to define a consensus demand plan
- The candidates should be able to develop a demand plan based on business trends and demand patterns, accountable for delivering forecast accuracy objectives crucial to maintaining service and financial predictability
- The candidates should be able to lead the demand management process, ensuring the cooperative can deliver upon customer commitments and achieve financial targets
- The candidates should be able to enhance processes and tools to support forecast accuracy goals and overall demand management objectives
- The candidates should be able to be responsible for defining a rolling 12–24-month demand plan along with the sales team at different levels of product and customer aggregation, triggering the factory capacity plan as well as the raw material purchasing plan on the supply side
- The candidates should be able to lead the development of monthly trended base demand for Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Sales, integrating forward-looking building block assumptions such as category growth, seasonality, promotions, price changes, SKU cannibalization, and product discontinuations
- The candidates should be able to continuously improve forecasts through the evaluation of baseline and promotional activities, customer inventory changes, consumption trends, category trends, or extended service level impacts
- The candidates should be able to continuously track and analyze demand forecast accuracy, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and take corrective actions to improve forecasting models and processes
- The candidates should be able to continuously improve demand planning processes, methodologies, and systems by leveraging available tools and technologies
