Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Supervision: 3-4 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., ensuring smooth execution and attendee satisfaction and plan and control budget and expenditures effectively, optimizing resources while meeting organizational goals
  • The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with regulations and train other workers on relevant tasks and procedures to enhance team capabilities
  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences accurately and promptly and schedule and confirm appointments efficiently, managing calendars and ensuring timely communication
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls and relay messages courteously and professionally, answer electronic inquiries promptly and accurately, providing helpful information or directing inquiries to the appropriate channels, and respond to employee questions and complaints promptly and appropriately, addressing concerns and facilitating resolution
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to support daily operations and arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations efficiently, ensuring smooth travel logistics
  • The candidates should be able to greet people warmly and direct them to contacts or service areas as needed and provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
  • The candidates should be able to maintain and manage digital databases accurately, ensuring data integrity and accessibility and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations effectively to achieve organizational objectives
