Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Computer and technology knowledge:Â MS Excel, MS Word, MS Windows and MS Outlook
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have attention to detail

- The candidates should be accurate, client focus, and organized
- The candidates should demonstrate reliability and should be a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries and order office supplies and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents and should be able to respond to employee questions and complaints
- The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
