Shifts: Day, Evening, On Call, Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Willing to travel, Willing to travel regularly, and Public transportation is available

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Access, and MS Office

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • The candidates should have experience supervising other workers, be capable of training other workers, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should schedule and confirm appointments, answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should compile data, statistics, and other information, be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, and arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • The candidates should greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and be proficient in typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents
