Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to multitask effectively, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrate excellent oral communication skills
  • The candidates should exhibit excellent written communication skills and be flexible in adapting to changing circumstances and requirements
  • The candidates should maintain an organized approach to their work tasks and schedules and be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues
  • The candidates should ensure accuracy in their work and deliverables, prioritize client needs, and maintain a client-focused approach
  • The candidates should be reliable in meeting deadlines and fulfilling their responsibilities

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events efficiently, ensuring smooth execution and participant satisfaction, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences accurately, capturing key discussions and action items
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, optimizing workflow and productivity, and schedule and confirm appointments promptly, managing calendars effectively
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls and relay messages professionally and promptly, and answer electronic inquiries promptly and accurately, providing relevant information or directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information systematically, organizing them for analysis or reporting purposes, and order office supplies and maintain inventory levels appropriately, ensuring availability of necessary materials for office operations
  • The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations efficiently, coordinating logistics for travelers, and greet people courteously and direct them to contacts or service areas as needed, maintaining a welcoming environment
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other materials promptly, ensuring timely dissemination of information, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems accurately, facilitating easy access to documents and data
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents accurately, ensuring correctness and clarity
