Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in their work and be prepared for repetitive tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to multitask effectively and maintain organization in their work methods
- The candidates should possess excellent oral and written communication skills and prioritize accuracy in their work
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in their approach to tasks and schedules and prioritize client needs and satisfaction
- The candidates should be reliable in fulfilling their duties and commitments
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and train other workers, determining and establishing office procedures and routines
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephones and relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
- The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, and maintain inventory, as well as greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and manage regular and electronic incoming mail and other material while coordinating the flow of information
- The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, as well as type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
