Shifts: Day, Evening, Shift, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Simply Accounting, MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should be capable of managing a large workload

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask and be organized
  • The candidates should be accurate in their work and demonstrate reliability
  • The candidates should exhibit accountability

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., establish and implement policies and procedures, and assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to manage contracts, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and answer electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, and perform data entry
  • The candidates should be able to maintain and manage a digital database
