Salary: $26.00 hourly for 35 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Brampton, ON

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and be attentive to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and be organized
  • The candidates should be reliable, dependable, and a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to direct, control, evaluate, plan, and organize daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic enquiries
  • The candidates should be able to oversee the preparation of reports, oversee payroll administration, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and maintain and manage a digital database
  • The candidates should be able to perform basic bookkeeping tasks
