Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Database Software, and MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should have attention to detail and be comfortable with repetitive tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask, and have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The candidates should be flexible, reliable, organized, and accurate
  • The candidates should be team players

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, and coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute mail and other materials, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to answer the telephone and relay calls and messages, and answer electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
