Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills, show flexibility, and have good judgment
- The candidates should be organized, a team player, and accurate
- The candidates should have a strong client focus and effective time management skills
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., supervise other workers, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and answer telephone calls and relay messages
- The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, order office supplies, and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service, recruit and hire staff, and maintain and manage digital databases
