Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Reports And Records, Invoices, Business Process Management, and Payroll Services
Technical terminology: Business
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, Workday, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Adobe Photoshop, Social Media, Accounting Software, MS Office, and Google Drive

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work independently and with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to handle pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage a large caseload and workload
  • The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to coordinate the activities of the HR department to align with organizational goals and oversee the flow of information within the team
  • The candidates should be able to direct and control daily operations, direct staff, evaluate daily operations, and motivate staff
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute mail and other materials and plan and control budget and expenditures
  • The candidates should be able to plan and organize daily operations, supervise other workers, and establish and implement policies and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to train other workers, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to oversee the classification and rating of occupations and plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and oversee training and development strategies
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone and electronic inquiries, oversee the analysis of employee data and information, and oversee the development of communication strategies
  • The candidates should be able to respond to employee questions and complaints, order office supplies and maintain inventory, oversee payroll administration, and provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
