Salary: $27.50 hourly for 35 to 37 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Flexible Hours, Morning
Supervision: 1 to 2 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be adept at handling tasks in a fast-paced environment and be individuals with a meticulous attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be known for their accurate work and focused on providing excellent client service
  • The candidates should be highly organized in their approach to tasks and reliable in meeting work commitments
  • The candidates should be team players, contributing effectively to collaborative efforts

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, maintain a filing system, and record and prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings, or conferences
  • The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, train and supervise staff, and open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail while coordinating the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, as well as review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
