Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Computer and technology knowledge:Â MS Word, Electronic mail, MS Windows
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to interview patients to obtain case histories and complete insurance and other claim forms
- The candidates should schedule and confirm appointments, maintain a filing system, and perform general clerical work such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- The candidates should determine and establish office procedures, enter and format electronically based medical reports, prepare spreadsheets and documents for review, initiate and maintain confidential medical files, and supervise and train other staff in procedures and software use
